This model is the gateway to a full blown turret system without the huge price tag and the space required for one. This machine has a total tooling capacity of 60 including 30 Auto-Index stations and is available in 33 and 55 ton capacities. Work envelopes from 50″ x 90″ up to 50″ x 100″. With it’s ability to punch and form utilizing a variety of 60 tooling configurations makes it perfect for the short-run and the production run fabricator.
It is a high-performance hydraulic machine with the same high-speed axis travel as the MTX plus, achieving a hit rate of 600 per minute. It has some of the key features of Euromac Punching Machines, such as the capability for forming, beading and notching.
Autoindex System
The direct drive tool rotation in the Euromac AutoIndex stations uses fewer mechanical components to guarantee strength, more reliable machining results and reduced maintenance, with huge time savings. A range of options are available for the MBX plus including; vacuum system, combined brush and ball tables, Multitool FMTE 10, Multitool FMTE6 and Multitool FMTE4
