Types of FlexJet Cutting Machines
- FL-Series (Cantilever) – The L-Series is a highly accurate waterjet machine at a cost-effective price. The all-steel rigid two-piece construction features a helical rack and pinion for faster acceleration/deceleration, higher accuracy, and increased longevity. The L-Series features a cantilever design allowing for loading access to all three sides of the machine.
The FlexJet L-Series Boasts the fastest rapids in its class at 1,500 inches per minute on the X and Y-axis and 750 inches per minute on the Z-axis with Acceleration and Deceleration rates of .5G, without sacrificing accuracy. It comes standard with a 30 HP pump and a 100-pound abrasive hopper. Installation, training, 2-year warranty, and Complete Care+ are included with all FlexJet Models.
- F-Series (Cantilever) – The F-Series Waterjet offers reliability, speed, and performance at a value. The all-steel rigid two-piece construction features a helical rack and pinion for faster acceleration/deceleration, higher accuracy, and increased longevity. The F-Series features a cantilever design giving you three-sided access for easy loading and unloading.

It can rapid at 1,800 inches per minute on the X and Y-axis and 1,000 inches per minute on the Z-axis with 1G Acceleration/Deceleration without sacrificing accuracy. It comes standard with a 30 HP pump, an 800-pound abrasive hopper, and has the adaptability to mount multiple cutting heads or a 5-axis cutting head. Installation, training, 2-year warranty, and Complete Care+ are included with all FlexJet models.
- FLX-Series (Gantry) – The X-Series is a workhorse made for high performance, speed, and accuracy. The all-steel rigid two-piece construction features a helical rack and pinion for faster acceleration/deceleration, higher accuracy, and increased longevity. The X-Series features a gantry-style design for maximum rigidity during rigorous use.
The FlexJet X-Series offers the fastest rapids in the market, moving at 1,800 inches per minute on the X and Y-axis and 1,000 inches per minute on the Z-axis with 1G Acceleration/Deceleration without sacrificing accuracy. It comes standard with a 50 HP pump, an 800-pound abrasive hopper, and has the adaptability to mount multiple cutting heads or a 5-axis cutting head. The X-Series waterjet line can be customized to fit your specific needs. Installation, training, 2-year warranty, and Complete Care+ are included with all FlexJet Models.
